6 - One Bedrooms
8 - Studios

This building was built in 2003 and has a three floor layout with five appartments on the second and third floors, and four appartments on the ground level. A central starewell connects the floors, please check the building layout below to get a visual. Each unit comes with a hot and cold air-condoitioning system and some units have in-floor heating for the winter months. Mains electricity is fully operational aswell as a water supply and like mentioned on the home page has an infrastructure in place for the entire building to run on one internet connection via wireless technologies.

Property & Annual Taxes

There will be an 9% "property transfer tax" on the contract price, payable when buying only. The declared contract price cannot be less than the published government value which is usually far below the real cost. Visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to learn more.

There are no annual taxes to pay in Greece, if the total value of the properties owned by the same person, does not exceed the value of €200.000, and even then is a very good value; normally around 0.25% of the property's declared value paid annually. Like I mentioned above this declared value is far below the real cost. In addition there is a small community tax which covers roads, lights and garbage, which works out to around €4/month for these one bedrooms and €3/month for the studios.
